Vado leggermente OT ma magari serve a tranquillizzare qualcuno: il mio buon vecchio Xperia Arc -- all'epoca modello di punta della Sony -- faceva la stessa cosa con caricatori generici. La prima volta mi è preso un colpo, poi ho letto che era un difettuccio comune e non mi sono preoccupato. E ovviamente non si è mai rovinato nulla...
Il mio a parte il caricatore originale che nemmeno entra funziona con tutti i caricatori che ho trovato, uno del Samsung galaxy 9000i e uno della fotocamera Samsung st200, un altro dell'acer dual SIM di mia moglie.
Anche i cavi auto uno htc e l'altro sconosciuto funzionano perfettamente, unica eccezione il caricatore del rasoio che lo fa impazzire ma direi che con 1500mA sia eccesivamente potente anche se usandolo con tutti i telefoni di casa non da problemi , aggiungo anche il caricatore de galaxy tab che va benissimo.
Ragazzi, quelli che l'hanno acquistato da Etotalk, dal momento in cui l'avete ordinato, quanto tempo è passato affinché l'avete avuto tra le mani?

Ordinato martedì 21 maggio; un paio di mail di sollecito da parte mia - e hanno sempre risposto - e mi dicono che devono aspettare il flip case che ho ordinato e che non hanno disponibilie immediatamente; parte il pacco sabato 25 maggio dalla Cina, arriva a casa mia lunedì 27 maggio prima delle 12:00. No DOGANA!
Come ho scritto un po' di pagine fa, il mio C2 ha un grave problema al microfono che mi impedisce di fare telefonate se non con auricolare bluetooth. Zopo Italia rifiuta l'assistenza. Riporto qui sotto il mio scambio di email con etotalk, non proprio rassicurante fino a questo punto, così che voi possiate decidere se valga la pena comprare direttamente in Cina questo terminale...

unfortunately I have to write you because I am experiencing some problems with my newly bought Zopo C2 (order number
xxx).
Let me say that I am really impressed by the unit which is very nice and by your service for which was very fast, considering the
small amount of units available.
But unfortunately I have some issues:
first of all the battery charger is not working, but I was able to charge it via USB.
Then about twice a day it happened to me that didn't wake up from standby mode by pressing the button on the right: screen completely
black and necessity to reboot by removing the battery (no way to view anything on the screen)
Lastly and unfortunately the most annoying issue is that GSM calls are almost impossible: sometimes after a minute, sometimes
immediately there is a strong disturbed noise covering the voice. I am using a vodafone SIM card and no problems at all with my old
phone in the same place.
Please suggest me how to proceed,

an update: the noise problem is somehow connected with the phone's microphone. By putting it in mute the noise disappears and the
phone works perfectly with a bluetooth headset.

the problem is with the internal microphone, not external. So there is nothing to connect. As it is the device is completely useless
as a phone because the only way to be able to make a call is by using an external headset. So please send me a replacement device, I
will of course send you back the faulty one.

seems that the problem is solved, by the way I didn't do a complete wipe but just Settings/Memory/Erase telephone memory, which also
fixed the correct amount of memory available (it was indicating about 12Gb instead of 1,2Gb).
Then also updated the firmware OTA to the 20130521 build.
So far the problem didn't happen again, I'll keep you informed.
As for the battery charger let's wait another week to see if the phone problem is completely solved. Since chargers are universal you
can also consider to refund me for a reasonable value instead of shpping again.

the phone couldn't go in recovery because was not rooted but I found a way to root it by myself.
Then as you suggested I went to recovery and wiped.
Unfortunately the problem is still there, now I want to fix it urgently. Phone is completely useless to me, ok for data but not
possible to place calls without an headset. Please tell me if I need to contact Zopo Italy for the warranty or proceed through you.
By the way please note that after the recovery I lost etotalk tools and some other apps installed by you.

Dear xxx, as I already wrote in a previous email, I already updated to the latest ROM (20130521-152918-v3.1).
The problem is not solved by the ROM upgrade.
I have urgency now to have a working phone, can't wait any longer. Please tell me if I need to send it back to you for an
exchange/refund or contact Zopo Italy for service.
