I have no problem with hardware volume keys
you did a full wipe before flashing the rom ? you use the default theme ?

I use the default theme, i wiped everything before installation, rom works fine except that annoying thing :(

really strange, no one has ever talked about this issue
you can try with carbon rom or blisspop rom (they are equal to cm12.1 but with many additional features), you can find the link in my signature

Will it work flip case?

With V15 I've lost connection twice in two days. Coverage and wifi icon appear with a exclamation and no more connection. Solved by turning off and on data connection.
This happened some versions ago but has come back with V15. Not sure if also with V14 since I only used for a couple of days.
And not sure if it is related with latest radio updates (now in V3.59)

Has somebody experienced this problem? Which radio are you using?

I've been using V15 with 3.60 baseband since Paolo posted it with zero issues. The ROM seems pretty stable now. You could try upgrading your baseband to 3.60 and wiping cache and Dalvik cache, but I had no troubles with 3.59 either. :-\
