Esatto.
Serve una Rom Stock con i permessi di ROOT (e quindi Bootloader Sbloccato per flashare il SuperSU).

Comunque ho risolto installando l'apk di super user..non so cosa sia successo ma dopo quest'operazione il programma ha iniziato a funzionare ed ha portato a buon termine il procedimento di s-off...grazie comunque ragazzi

Salve a tutti. Non riesco a fare S-OFF con romrunner. Arriva ad un certo punto, fa riavviare il Tel in fastboot poi lo riaccende. Insomma ne fa tante, ma ad un certo punto scrive failed.
Non so se può dipendere dalla mia rom 3.63 e dal mio telefono tim con cid tim_401 che è un po' particolare forse.
Chiedo se qualcuno che ha un One tim aggiornato a Android 4.3 e sense 5.5 è riuscito a fare l'OFF ?!

Adesso non ho il pc sottomano non ricordo di preciso dopo FAILED cosa ci sia scritto. Comunque qualcosa ha fatto perché in bootloader è apparsa la scritta in alto grigia...
Una domanda perché potrebbe essere anche questo il problema. Dopo il riavvio del Tel all'applicazione romrunner in esecuzione serve la connessione Internet? Perché sono offline senza Tel, lo uso come hot spot prima di entrare in bootloader.

Secondo me sul sito di Rumrunner dovrebbero scriverlo a caratteri cubitalirotfl, il tool di Rumrunner scarica dei pacchetti da internet, perchè funzioni è fondamentale avere una buona connessione internet, sconsiglio chiavette (ma nulla ti vieta di provare)

Esattamente, devi avere i driver sia di adb che di fastboot installati PERFETTAMENTE, per capirlo devi dare i comandi, rispettivamente, in modalità Android (telefono acceso normalmente) e FASTBOOT USB:

Il comando Fastboot Devices l'hai dato dal Bootloader? Ci deve essere scritto FASTBOOT USB in rosso...
Il comando Adb Devices l'hai dato da telefono acceso normalmente e con Debug Usb abilitato?
Se entrambi ti daranno come responso il tuo codice di serie sei a posto e va di Rumrunner;)

No, Rumrunner devi lanciarlo da telefono acceso normalmente, ricordati che devi avere il ROOT (con permessi concessi sempre, per favorire adb), tolto HTC sync, niente firewall o antivirus attivi e debug attivo

Infatti il problema riguarda o i driver o il debug, vai su Impostazioni-->Software-->tappa 7 volte su Versione Build e poi vai su Impostazioni-->Opzioni di Sviluppo attiva Debug Usb

C'è una cosa strana quell'offline dovrebbe essere in realtà "device", ti conviene tentare domani, perchè adesso devo andare...

Scusa, non avevo letto, quell'errore di RumRunner dovrebbe essere dato dal cavo che usi, usa quello originale Htc e vedi che non sia rovinato, controlla che in "fastboot devices" non ti dia errori strani

Nel bootloader nella prima riga se c'è scritto S-off ha funzionato. Se c'è scritto s-on no :D

Sto s off mi sta facendo impazzire. Secondo me c'è qualche passaggio da fare prima. Mi potete dire passo passo le procedure da fare prima di avviare rumrunner?

Io ho sbloccato da htcdev, ho messo il root e messo twrp.
