Hn01: quando hai comprato il telefono, dopo aver installato la stock 2012 il WiFi e il BT funzionano? E che versione hai installato della iwt 1.3.1?

Allora, appurato si tratta della 2012...BT e WIfi vanno con la stock.
Sono alla 3.a istallazione della IWT con lo stesso risultato

Ragazzi, qualcuno puo dedicare 10 minuti del suo tempo per creare una procedura dettagliata su come poter aggiornare il b92m 2013.
Ho provato piu volte a seguire la procedura come riportata in prima pagina e poi sono passato all'aggiornamento della rom come da sito xda.
Risultato..
a seguito della prima fase il telefono sembra funzionare ma non mi riconosce le sim
a seguito della seconda fase il telefono si blocca alla schermata iniziale.

ora ho rinstallato la rom stock che ha per passaggio
Instructions for root (only for Star B92M New 2013)!

Download file to this link:

1 - Copy the file !B92M_CWM_6628.zip into cell SD;

2 - PowerOff the phone and start flashtools (using flashtools version from !SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1248.0.96 directory)
with Firmware-->Upgrade using files in the directory !ROM - File per FlashTools - Recovery TW;
This operation will take several minutes: yellow bar moves slowly!

5 - After flash is finished, disconnect the USB cable and remove the battery for a few seconds.
Insert the battery and turn on the phone.
At this time cell doesn't work but WIFI and BT are ok! Don't panic: IT'S OK!!.
You see a Jaivu ROM with one mushroom and butterflies;

6 - Press On/off key and Reboot system in recovery;

7 - TeamWin recovery start: press "wipe" and after press "Cache". When WIPE finished, press back and return in
the main recovery menu;

8 - Press "Install" and select !B92M_CWM_6628.zip file that you had copied before (point 1) to the SD card;

9 - Repeat the point 7 (wipe cache);

10 - Reboot --> System.

Now system is rooted and WIFI-BT-GPS-Teethering are OK!
There are some BUG but are acceptable because now the phone is really working, and the GPS works even without additional antennas.

We thank all Dans82, I've only tested this procedure dozens of times before it worked!



GPS: Simple guide to improve it!

From Play Store download "FasterGPS" and "Mobile Uncle MTK Tools".

1 - Go to System settings --> Location access
2 - GPS satellities: POWER ON!
3 - Select "access to my location" and "Wi-Fi & mobile network location"
4 - TAP "GPS satellities"
5 - Select "GPS EPO assistance"
6 - TAP "EPO settings" and tap Download: wait for the download to complete
7 - Select "A-GPS settings"
8 - Start FasterGPS app and select your Continent and Region (exit from FasterGPS)
9 - Run MobileUncle Tools --> Tap Engineer Mode --> Engineer Mode (MTK)
10 - Go to Location
11 - Location Based Service and select Enable A-GPS (wait 60 seconds)
12 - EPO --> Enable EPO
13 - Tap - YGPS: now you can see SATELLITIES!
14 - Exit from MobileUncle Tools

...Have a nice trip!

sono sicuro che il vostro prodotto sia di gran lunga migliore di questo.. ma a mio avviso alla sola portata di pochi... la procedura da voi prodotta da per scontato troppe cose che noi neofiti facciamo difficoltà a capire.

Spero queste poche righe abbiano mosso un senso di altruismo verso chi vuole imparare.

Impossibile, non esiste il kernel compatibile e mediatek non lo rilascia. Temo che, per vendere i suoi quad core, non lo rilascerà mai per il 6577...

Premesso che dans82 lavora con noi, quella soluzione è la stock rom con recovery e root, cosa già fattibile e scritta sul forum. Per una custom rom completamente funzionante in settimana rilasceremo ne rilasceremo una nuova e speriamo bene...

Se eseguo la procedura di dans avrò la possibilità di installare la prossima release della rom per il 2013?
Chiedo questo perché la rom stock di questo forum non mi funziona

Nel frattempo ho "scovato" un'altra assurdità...
Pensavo fosse l'access point wifi che ogni tanto crashava, invece ho scoperto che il B92M e la scheda TV Smart TV samsung hanno lo stasso Mac Address !! :o
Sulla TV non penso si possa cambiare tanto facilmente (poi è il Mac dell'ethernet ho verificato dietro sull'etichetta..)
Qualcuno ha un modo valido per cambiare il Mac del B92M (le apps provate non vanno, il comando da terminale con busybox basato su ifconfig sulla wlan0 restituisce errore, il cambiamento nel file in SYS/class/NET/WLAN0/Address non sortisce effetti..).
