HTC Desire Z: ecco due firmware basati su Ice Cream Sandwich

Uno dei device Android con tastiera più amato e apprezzato dagli utenti è sicuramente l'HTC Desire Z, e lo dimostra il fatto che, nonostante il produttore taiwanese abbia deciso di non aggiornarlo ufficialmente al nuovo sistema operativo di Google, la grande community non lo abbandona. Infatti, come sempre tramite il forum di XDA-Developers, troviamo due nuovi firmware per Desire Z basati su Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, purtroppo ancora in fase di sviluppo, ma sicuramente a buon punto.

Il primo dei due firmware per HTC Desire Z basati su Ice Cream Sandwich, è stato realizzato da m-deeejay, è una ROM AOSP ICS ed attualmente si trova alla versione Beta 9R1 (thanks to meldon per la segnalazione).

Questo firmware sembra essere ad un buon punto di sviluppo, infatti la lista di ciò che funziona è molto lunga, invece la lista di ciò che purtroppo ancora non funziona correttamente è davvero breve:

Changelog:

Fb sync should now work.
T9 dialer
Open GL rendering is back on.
Webkit should be fixed.

Vi abbiamo presentato due ROM molto buone che presto saranno completamente funzionanti per uno smartphone molto amato dalla community Android. Vi terremo aggiornati su eventuali novità riguardanti Ice Cream Sandwich per HTC Desire Z.
