I'm having a question concerning the CM 13 ROM: Does anybody else have problems with the alarm? If the phone is off, it does not power on to wake me up.

Hey paolo, nice to see you are still working ton the cm13 branch. Could you explain to me the reason you removed the omx libs out of the latest update? There are also some small changes in bluetooth and RIL configurations, hope you have the willingness and time to explain the reasoning behind your changes. It would really help me and the rest of the community become better, thank you!

because the omx libs are compiled from source so no need to use the old precompiled blobs of the nubia stock firmware
for the ril configurations...simply they were useless so I removed

Nubia released a new rom for the z7 max, 3.89. They claimed to to release he source code for third party development. I tried to insert the vendor blobs from that version, and they broke camera. They made quite a few changes to the camera, including software image stabilization, therefore it would be great if we could benefit from them. Hope you have the time to take a look too, paolo!

yes, I tried with the new blobs on the cm14.1 but the camera doesn't work (like you)
I'm also trying to port the new nubia camera app to cm14 (and cm13)
so....I'm working on it

in the meantime I have fixed the problem with the new v3.89 camera blobs in cm14.1, now works fine
now I restore a cm13.0 backup and try to fix here too

however the port of the app nubia camera need more works to do

in cm13.0 it is easier than the cm14.1
just copy this files from the 3.89 stock and it should work
