Google Play Game Services: presto un’app dedicata, una sala d’attesa e l’integrazione in Chrome?

Nel corso dello scorso Google I/O 2013, l'azienda di Mountain View aveva ufficialmente presentato il Google Play Game Services, il noto servizio dedicato ai giochi, ma ad oggi non è ancora riuscito ad ottenere la tanto sperata diffusione. Per questo motivo recentemente Google ha aggiornato Play Services, l'app contenente Play Game Services, con una serie di novità "nascoste".

Sebbene il changelog effettivamente non indichi particolari migliorie, all’interno dell’app sono state scovate una serie di stringhe che permettono di osservare da vicino le possibili funzionalità future: la prima potrebbe essere un’app dedicata dalla quale controllare tutte le informazioni sulla nostra attività:

Il “game_pano” potrebbe apparire, in un futuro non troppo lontano, tra le nostre applicazioni, e permetterebbe di visualizzare giochi recenti, lista degli inviti e molto altro ancora in un’unica soluzione.

La seconda novità riguarda l’introduzione di una “Sala d’attesa“, nella quale aspettare che altri giocatori siano disponibili per avviare una partita. L’ultima è ancora più interessante e riguarda la possibile integrazione con Chrome:

Per quale motivo Google Play Game Services dovrebbe essere integrato in Chrome?
