    Thank you, Paolo.

Enhancing your ROM day to day. No problems in my first day. Let's see how battery performs with new governor. :-)

Thank you Paolo, cm12.1 of NX505J is more and more perfect, but here’s a little problem when using V6.

I preferred to use on-screen nav-bar like nexus. thanks for bring this feature to cm12.1.

however when enabling this function(shows “disable hardware buttons” in the menu). physical keys remains active, and key-values of them are restored to default(“menu to recent” “double tap” etc. )

On the other hand, it will be very easy to touch physical keys by accident when using on-screen keys.

So,would you please provide a patching file, to disable the physical keys when enabling nav-bar.

sorry but I was unable to find a way to disable the physical buttons when enabling the navbar

you can do with a workaround, just flash this zip without wipe
    cm12.1_disable_softkey.zip

if you want to reenable the softkey just flash this other zip
    cm12.1_default_left-right_button.zip

Thanks, then I think it would be better to remove this feature in next release if it remains incomplete. After all, duplicated navbar with difderent key layout is not convenient to operate. Wish this project to be better.

    Paolo, why Quickboot?

In CM12.1 you can enable recovery access, bootloader, fast reboot, etc from Settings->developer options, so when you press power off button and then reboot, and extended menu ask for what type of reboot you want to perform. So, you don't need a third party app for doing this.

Perhaps there is another reason for it...

    Thanks in advance.

By the way, V6 as good as V5. Low power consumption, no freezes, great performance.

Quickboot was present only in the early alpha versions of rom, as you can read from the changelog I solved the problem of reboot/shutdown in beta 1.
Quickboot no longer exists in the rom from beta1 version, if you still have it you can easily uninstall it from settings->app

    Hi,paolothlw8.
I'm Chinese.First thanks for your cm 12.1 rom very much. Most of the users in our local forum speak highly of this rom.Our situation in China is embarrassing, for few roms are still updating right now.So the arrival of your rom has help us a lot.
I'm satisfied with the rom generally. But the problem that the phone wil be hot soon when playing games(like clash of clans) is a little annoying. This problem was not existed when using YIOS.Also,I want to know if your rom is still updating because I have seen "last version" in your thread.
That's all.I hope my poor English will not confused you. Finally thx for your rom again.

you are right, I have wrote "last version" but I meant "latest version" (as meaning the newer version)...now I have correct and I will continue to update it

for the other problem, in YIOS the thermal engine it is not working properly and consequently the frequency of the CPU and GPU remains low (which is why AnTuTu score is 30k-35k)
however in this rom the thermal engine works properly, the frequencies are raised and obviously also increases the heat (like the firmware stock)
I do not play on the phone but I tried with angry bird 2 for half an hour and the temperature seemed to me normal
