the CM13 sources currently are messed up due to some patches included tonight
now I'm uploading the alpha 4 that I have compiled yesterday

with this version I have added the compatibility with opengapps
my advice is to switch to opengapps (no more problem with contact sync or any other gapps permission), unfortunately to do that you have to do a full wipe (with format system)
