Ad oggi non c'è una ROM che la supporta ma è uscito da poco nel play store un launcher alternativo che simula il multiwindows. Però non mi viene in mente il nome

no, il multiwindow di samsung viene implementato nel suo framework, quindi o si porta tutto il framework samsung (che è closed source, quindi hai voglia te a decompilarlo ed adattarlo), oppure si usano altre alternative che comunque non sono completamente multiwindow (ad esempio se vuoi provarli sul play store trovi il floating browser o calcolatrice ++ che hanno una finestra flottante)

Comunque ragazzi è da poco disponibile l'app Carbon per poter effettuare backup di dati senza root... Magari qualcuno di Buona volontà potrebbe fare una bella guida sul suo uso? Grazie

galaxy nexus 7 toolkit auto update v4.3.0 [01st feb 2013] available!!

changelog:
+updated twrp touch recovery to 2.4.0.0
+updated supersu [root] files to v1.02 for all root procedures
+fixed ‘restore internal storage’ routine so the files can be seen on all explorers
+improved cwm nand backup script to make it allot more stable and robust
+after downloading stock image it is copied to the backups folder for future
+added insecure kernel detection to sections requiring insecure boot image
+added ‘pull folder’ to ‘pull files’ section in main menu
+added ‘fix internal storage permissions’ to mods menu
+updated adb and fastboot files to latest version from google
+lots of minor bug fixes and improvements

for people who do not want or cannot get the auto update versions you can download twrp touch 2.4.0.0 from Goo.im Downloads - Browsing google_nexus7 and flash it via the toolkit.

This will be the last auto update before i start building the next public versions for the 1st post. These will be built and released over the next 2 weeks and as soon as each one is finished it will be posted in the toolkits thread.

[auto updates are only accessible if you have donated to the toolkit project, received an activation code and unlocked the donator features. Auto updates are a much faster and easier way of pushing small updates that would otherwise not be worth doing. I can push a single textual change or add support for a new build without having to go through the whole process of building a full version and uploading a large file. If you are not able to or do not want to donate to unlock the auto update feature (and other donator features) then all the smaller updates are collated and a full build made when i have time or if there are enough updates to warrant it. This is the easiest way to make sure all the toolkits are as up to date as possible. If you have any views about this please pm me about them and do not post in the open thread]

Ciao vorrei delle piccole modifiche ma che non cambino la rom ufficiale cerco in particolare :
-possibilità di ridurre le pagine della schermata iniziale
-mettere come mi pare e piace le applicazioni in ordine
-possibilità di fare cartelle

Mi dite perche non riesco a ripristinare un firmware originale con il toolkit, ho un nexus 7 versione WiFi 32gb ho provato con il firmware 4.1.2 e anche con la 4.1.1 ma quando il tablet si avvia rimane sulle animazioni della X all'infinito va solo con il firmware 4.2.1 JOP40D perche ???????

Forse dico una sciocchezza, ma per fare il downgrade da 4.2 a 4.1 serva una procedura differente (forse a cause del bootloader aggiornato 4.13 rispetto a quello della versione 4.1).

Volevo chiedere come posso riflashare la recovery stock, adesso ho la twrp 2.4.1.0 , per il resto rom stock 4.2.1 + root+busybox 1.20.2.
Ho installato la recovery twrp tramite GooManager, quindi no ho nessun backup della recovery stock.

Grazie in anticipo.

EDIT: ho estratto la recovery.img dall'archivio della rom stock 4.2.1, quindi penso basti flasharla con il Toolkit usando l'opzione di scrivere un immagine...

Fai tutto con il toolkit per la recovery stock, funziona perfettamente.
