Devi sbloccare il bootloader

Ciao ragazzi, come dicevo l'altro giorno non riesco ad entrare con l'adb, ho provato anche ad aggiornare i driver come mi era stato suggerito, ma ancora niente!..se collego l'one al pc me lo riconosce tramite htc sync però ho notato che non ho più sul cellulare la possibilità di scelta di come collegarlo se solo come hard disk, oppure con il sync, ecc..
come posso fare?..se faccio tasto power+vol.- riesco ad entrare nella recovery ma ho s-on, sono in piena confusione!

ma io il bootloader ce l'ho già sbloccato infatti se vado nel bootloader ho TAMPARED e sotto UNLOCKED però sono S-On D:

aggiornamento: sono riuscito ad entrare con adb, il problema era che nella cartella scompattata con winrar, c'era ancora una sottocartella con lo stesso nome, ho copiato direttamente quella su C ed ha funzionato!
ora ho un altro problema!..sono arrivato al punto 4 della guida e sto aspettando da circa 10 minuti il "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" mi scrive waiting from device. ci mette tanto o si è bloccato? ed il cellulare deve nel frattempo rimanere in fastboot usb? grazieee

Hai un no-brand aggiornato alla 4.3.
Per te la solita NO-BRAND EUROPA
Occhio che devi essere in S-Off e bloccare il bootloader per poter installare la RUU.

Potrebbe essere perchè quello che hai flashato tu non è compatibile con la 4.3

Sei sicuro di non aver installato (senza farci caso) sia il SuperSu che il Superuser
Dovrebbero andare in conflitto se presenti entrambi sul device.

Procedi con la disintallazione di entrambi prima di installare quello che ti ho linkato io.

nel frattempo con Rumrummer stò provando ad andare in S-OFF
ps. se rumrummer mi mette in S-OFF... ci stò provando da 1 ora....
mc, attualmente ho "TAMPERED" UNLOCKED e S-ON
Hboot 1.55....speriamo bene...
una volta che sono in S-OFF basta collegare con USB al pc ed eseguire RUU, vero?
