Direttamente dal forum di XDA arriva anche per il nuovo LG Nexus 4 il toolkit per Windows che permette di eseguire con estrema facilità le più comuni operazioni da smanettoni: dallo sblocco del telefono (volendo si può anche ribloccare) all'acquisizione dei permessi di root, dal backup e restore dei dati al riavvio in recovery (al momento non è possibile flasharne una modificata) passando al ripristino di fabbrica, all'avvio o al flash di file .img, all'installazione multipla di apk e tanto altro.
