La nuova versione di Skype, la v5.10, porta con se’ alcune piccole novità, tra cui la funzionalità di selezionare alcune suonerie personalizzate, e l’abilità di inoltrare foto dalle chat dell’utente.

Aggiornamento: custom ringtone
Col nuovo update è ora possibile personalizzare la suoneria per le chiamate in arrivo; l’aspetto migliore di questa nuova funzionalità è che è possibile farlo contatto per contatto, assegnando a ciascuno degli amici di Skype la propria custom ringtone.
Per effettuare tale operazione è necessario aprire la conversazione con la persona desiderata, schiacciare con un tap l’angolo in basso a destra e selezionare “Ringtone options”, e poi “Set custom ringtone”.
Skype individuerà ogni suoneria presente nel vostro cellulare per permettervi la selezione della vostra ringtone preferita.
Aggiornamento: inoltro di foto
Un’altra nuova feature è la possibilità di inoltrare foto dalle vostre chat: ciò permetterà agli utenti di condividere le immagini di una conversazione con un altro amico Skype non presente in tale chat.
Vi è un ultimo piccolo update, una chicca estetica, più che altro: è stata introdotta la possibilità di cambiare colore alla chat di gruppo. Questa nuova funzionalità renderà senz’altro più facile il riconoscimento a prima vista delle varie chat.

Personalize your ringtone
Customize incoming call sounds for a contact by selecting a ringtone from your device. In a conversation, tap the lower right and select “Ringtone options” then “Set custom ringtone”.
Forward photos from your chats
Share photos from chats with other Skype friends and family who may not be in the conversation. Just tap and hold on the photo you want to share and select “Forward photo”.
We’ve also included a number of fixes and additional improvements, including changing the colors of avatars for group chats so you can easily tell one conversation from another.
To share your feedback in-app, just tap on the menu icon “…” > “Settings” and tap on “Feedback” under the Support section. If you haven’t already downloaded the latest version of Skype for Android, you can get the update from the Play Store.
