Neanche una settimana fa vi avevamo dato notizia del rilascio sul Play Store di Apollo, il lettore musicale implementato nella CyanogenMod. Oggi, lo sviluppatore, Andrew Neal, ha purtroppo comunicato (sul suo profilo Google+) che è stato ritirato per presunta violazione di copyright.
Ecco il suo messaggio:
Hey, just to let those of you who noticed that Apollo and Apollo+ are no longer in the Play Store know, MusixMatch filed a complaint and had them removed for alleged copyright infringement due to the way that Apollo fetches lyrics. I’m looking into the best way to handle this, and will be trying to get Apollo back into the store ASAP. That’s all I know for now.
Al momento non ci sono altri dettagli; Andrew ha promesso di fare il più presto possibile, ma difficilmente la questione si risolverà in tempi brevi: in caso di novità, vi terremo aggiornati.
