cm13 is under heavy development...so for the moment some things don't work or work badly
for sim detection you have to add this patch to cm13 source

some users have told me that td-scdma and China telecom still not working...I don't know why (I'm in Italy so i can't do test )

I have China Mobile card in sim 2 but I am not in China too. So far 4G LTE (sim1) and GSM roaming (sim2) in HK are okay.

I can test the TD-SCDMA this weekend. Have you tried using *#*4636*#*# to force a TD-SCDMA only connection ?

with the our kitkat radio the new (marshmallow) command RIL_REQUEST_GET_RADIO_CAPABILITY doesn't work so we need to set statically which bands the modem support
in alpha4 I have added the td_scdma support (in addition to GSM, WCDMA, LTE etc) so maybe now works

It reminds me one question, when I used Samsung S2 and Note2 years ago, their network search order were from high to low, that is from 4G 3G then GSM. When using Z7max, it seems like searching network from GSM up, please correct me if I am wrong.

if you set GSM/WCDMA/LTE I think that first try with LTE then WCDMA and last GSM

Not really ture, I never see my Z7max search network from 4G down, no matter which ROM I use, it always search from GSM up.
